Shipping & Delivery Overview
Our furniture is hand-crafted to order and shipped directly to you in Australia.
Estimated delivery: 10–12 weeks from order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Sydney - White Glove Delivery
Orders over $1,000 within selected Sydney postcodes receive complimentary white-glove delivery, including delivery, assembly, placement and removal of packaging.
Orders under $1,000 - flat rate $95.
Interstate & NSW Regional Delivery
Interstate delivery is available Australia-wide. Delivery is to ground floor only and does not include assembly, placement or removal of packaging.

Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines, including production and shipping, will be confirmed after your order is placed. Please note that delivery time is approx. 10-12 weeks. We will keep you informed at every step to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Things to check off
- Double check that there’s enough space at the delivery location for your furniture.
- If the items are being delivered to a location other than ground level, please specify if there’s an elevator or staircase.
- Check that pathways, doorways and other entry points such as an elevator, are clear and accessible for delivery.
- Ensure you’ve considered any vehicle restrictions at the delivery location, such as height limits.
- Confirm if there is sufficient parking at the location for delivery.
- Inform us if there are any last-minute planned road works, or obstruction of access on the day the items are being delivered.
Additional Information
Recipient Presence;
For a successful delivery, please ensure there is someone present at the delivery address to accept the goods and sign off on the completed installation.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, our team will be in contact for an alternative solution.
Changes to Delivery;
If you need to make any changes to your delivery, such as date, time or address, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date/time.
We may need to adjust delivery dates or times ourselves due to unexpected circumstances. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible
on Policy to provide details of the countries in which these entities are located.
