water vessels from the mid to late twentieth century. hand built terracotta, fired dark, carried and filled for decades. the surface holds what that use left behind. henna reds, moss greens, lime wash, the ring where water sat. each vessel is one of one. the form, the colour and the wear belong to that piece alone. when it sells, it is gone.
this piece has found its home.
